We get at least one email a week from a user complaining about messages sent to all friends. Did you know that you can opt out of those messages?
Just click on the homepage, then "Account Settings" on the left. Click on the "Communication" link also on the left. The 3rd or 4th option down is "Group Messages". Set that to NOT include you in "all friend" messages.
Alternately, you can remove that person as a friend or tell them to stop emailing you.
And maybe this is a good time to remind everyone that sending mass mailings to all of your friends might not make them happy.
